How can you Lose Thigh Fat and Buttocks Fat?

Usually belly fat is embarrassing for men, while thigh and buttock fat is problem for women. I know one woman in the gym was consulting a gym trainer about how she can reduce thigh and buttocks fat. Unsightliness aside, emerging evidence suggests that pear-shaped women are protected from metabolic diseases(diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure) compared to big-bellied people. But I think the body shape is extremely embarrassing for women like a lady in the gym.

So what should you do to reduce the fat? No special way for the fat. As you told you, you change your diet and do moderate exercise to burn your fat. You need to reduce your calories as I mentioned in the calories section and eat healthy food as I wrote in the diet section. I will repeat about the calories here in brief.

You should need to calculate calories you take each day to lose weight. At first you need to know how many calories you need to keep your current weight. There is a simple calculation. If you are moderately active, just multiply your current weight (pounds) by 15. Being moderately active means at least exercise for 30 minutes a day. So to lose weight, you need to take less calories than that. To lose 1 to 2 pounds a week(it is safe weight loss), your calories should be 500 to 1,000 less than your calories to lose your present weight. But calories should not be below 1.200 a day in women or 1,500 a day in men because you need daily minimum nutrients and too low calories harms your health.

Then you need to do moderate exercise. For the detail, check the moderate exercise section. I will write it down briefly here. If you go to the gym, use a cardiovascular machine and make sure you heart rate is in the fat burning zone. If you don't go to the gym, a simple way is to walk. Purchase a pedometer and walk 1,000 steps in 10 minutes as a starting point. Then build up to 3.000 steps in 30 minutes. The goal is at least 150 minutes per week. If you get a middle- or large-sized dog, it makes you motivate you to walk.
